Frequently asked questions

How do I share a list?

Open the list, tap Delen (Share) and let the other person scan the QR code in BOODSCHAP! (Lijst toevoegen → Scannen). Or send the share text through your chat app; they paste it under Lijst toevoegen.

My changes do not reach the other phone

Both phones need internet to sync. The status is shown at the top of the list. Pull down to sync right away.

I have a new phone

There is no account. Android: BOODSCHAP! deliberately keeps nothing in backups or when transferring to a new phone; the app starts empty there. iPhone: if you restore a backup, your lists are back and the app joins shared lists as a new device. Join a shared list again with its share code (Lijst toevoegen) from a phone that still has it. A list you never shared only exists on your old phone: share it there first if you want to take it along.
